A shocking new Ministry of Defense (MoD) “urgent action” report more reminiscent of the 1941 Nazi Germany led invasion of Ukraine during World War II than these 21st century times is warning that over 4 million Ukrainian-Russian refugees can be expected to flood over the southern borders ahead of advancing Western-backed Neo-Nazi forces heading east within the coming weeks.

According to this report, the Border Guard is warning of a “humanitarian disaster” as over 675,000 Ukrainians have already fled into Russia, and Federation Council Speaker Yevgeny Bushmin has advised the MoD that as of Sunday,  another 140,000 refugees have fled into the Belgorod region, and where Governor Yevgeny Savchenko warned that these refugees are motivated by their desire to stay in Russia by the ongoing rampage unleashed by the unruly ultra-right Neo-Nazis who seized power in Ukraine and “think that they can get away with anything.”

Even more alarming, this report continues, the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov Mayor Gennady Kernes is now warning his citizens that busloads of Neo-Nazi radicals are on their way from Kiev after the far-right group Right Sector had been forced out of the building of the regional administration.

Kharkov region Governor Vasily Khoma also urged police to “stop any attempt to enter the city on the approaches to Kharkov” while people in Kharkov are organizing self-defence teams to patrol the city with each group being made up of 30-50 people.

Likewise, this report says, the City Council in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk has refused to recognize Ukraine’s self-imposed Neo-Nazi government and called for a referendum on the region’s status and has stated: “Until all the legitimacy of the new laws approved by Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian Parliament] is clarified, the City Council [of Donetsk] will take full responsibility for its territories.”

The fears of these refugees are justified, MoD experts in this report say, after the ultra-right Svoboda Party scored six major cabinet ministries in the government of Arseniy Yatsenyuk approved by the Ukrainian parliament last Thursday and now control Ukraine’s Armed Forces, National Security, Economy, Justice and Education Ministries.

Svoboda is the Neo-Nazi, ultra-right, anti-Semitic, Russophobic party with its base of support in the Western Ukraine and whose leader, Oleh Tyahnybok, was one of the leading opposition figures during the recent crisis in Ukraine and met with US Republican Senator John McCain when the former presidential candidate visited the tumultuous country last December.

Tyahnybok and other party leaders have been accused of making numerous anti-Semitic and racist remarks. In 2004, Tyahnybok urged his party in a televised speech to fight “the Moscow-Jewish mafia ruling Ukraine.”

In 2012, deputy party leader Ihor Miroshnychenko called American actress Mila Kunis, who was born in the Ukraine, a “dirty Jewess,” which instantly drew international condemnation. Another party official, Yuriy Mykhalchyshyn founded a think tank called the Joseph Goebbels Political Research Centre, which was named as a tribute to the notorious Nazi German propaganda minister.

Even the founding name and original name of Svoboda bear an eerie resemblance to the Nazis. They were founded as the Social National Party of Ukraine and adopted the “wolfs-angel” rune as their party logo, which was also a symbol used by Waffen-SS divisions in World War II and is a popular icon among Neo-Nazis.

During a 90-minute conversation with President Obama on Saturday, this report continues, President Putin warned the American leader of these Nazi extremists now controlling Ukraine and drew attention to the provocative criminal acts being committed by these ultranationalist elements.

Putin further stressed to Obama the existence of real threats to the life and health of Russian citizens and compatriots on Ukrainian territory and further stressed that in the case of the further spread of violence in the eastern regions of Ukraine and Crimea that Russia reserves the right to protect their interests and the citizens living there.

With still vivid memories of the 1941-1944 Reichskommissariat Ukraine which saw tens-of-millions of Russian citizens killed by German Nazi forces, this report says, Putin was forced to send military forces into Ukraine under the approval of the Duma to protect these peoples against the fascist forces aligned against them.

As Russian military forces continue their “security consolidation operations” of the Crimea, this report says, further military elements were massing to secure more Neo-Nazi threatened regions in Western Ukraine.

With thousands of Ukrainian military troops resigning en masse in Crimea, this report further warns, Ukraine has ordered a full mobilization of its military forces and put them on combat alert and has, also, called up its reserve forces, even though its own Defense Minister stated earlier today that they “stood no chance against Russian troops.”

As the West continues its pro-Nazi propaganda supporting the Ukrainian regime, this report concludes, a “crack” has appeared today as radio listeners across Germany have reportedly woken up to a surprise turnaround in their media coverage of this crisis.

German blogosphere and social networks are abuzz with the new stance of several state-run radio stations that have opted – in a moment of truth-seeking – to go against the massive tide of pro-West reporting and get to the root of the crisis that is tearing the ex-Soviet republic in two.

Bloggers are discussing the programs aired by the Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR), a member of German ARD consortium, which is now explaining to its German audience the difference between Ukraine's western and eastern populations.

According to on-the-ground reports, a slew of WDR services – WDR Eins Life, WDR 2, WDR 4 – and live news channel N24 have revised their take on the Ukrainian crisis overnight, going from the Ukraine-under-Russian-siege rhetoric to detailed coverage of pro-Russian protests that have fanned out across Crimea and scuffles between rival groups in the country's east.
